A G R E E M E N T
on cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and National Dairy Producers Union on monitoring the market prices for milk and dairy products and creation of maximum favourable conditions for dairy industry development in Russian Federation.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, hereinafter referred to as “the Ministry”, represented by the Minister Elena Borisovna Skrynnik, acting under the Provision on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation resolution #450, dated June 12, 2008, on one side, and National Dairy Producers Union, hereinafter referred to as “the Union”, represented by the Chairman of the Board Andrei Danilenko, acting under letter of authority #5, dated march 2, 2010, on the other side, hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”, in order to stabilize the situation in Dairy market in the Russian Federation, have concluded the present Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the following.

Danone - Unimilk joined the National Dairy Producers Union
June 16, Moscow- The largest producer of dairy products in Russia Danone - Unimilk joined the National Dairy Producers Union (SOUZMOLOKO). This decision was boosted by company’s interest in building long-term partnerships with all players of the market and the efficient development of the Russian dairy industry.
