Andrei Lvovich DANILENKO biography

Andrei Lvovich Danilenko Andrei Lvovich Danilenko was born April 6, 1967 in the City of San Francisco, California, USA, in a family of Russian emigrants.

Lived in Russia, the City of Moscow in 1969-1971 and 1975 — 1986.

Has been permanently living in Russia since1989.

Graduated from Moscow Secondary School No. 176 in June, 1984.

Obtained a degree from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, department of History, in June, 1995.

Graduated from the St. Petersburg Academy of Law and Business, department of Business Management, in June, 2004.

In June, 2004, completed the “Strategic Management of Agroindustrial Companies (Corporations)” qualification program at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Work Experience: In 1986-1989 ran Russian language courses in the American-Russian Institute in San Francisco. Concurrently, he worked as coordinator in the Center of Russian-American Initiatives on specialist exchange programs.

In 1989-1992 was International Director at Moscow Municipal Hospital No.17, responsible for establishing cooperation with the USA and European organizations in the field of prophylaxis and treatment of alcoholism and narcotism.

Founder and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the “Recovery” Center of Prophylaxis and Treatment of Alcoholism and Narcotism since 1990.

Founder and President of the “Russian Farms” International Foundation since November, 1993.

President of the “Russian Farms” group since 1997 (www.rusfarms.ru).

In 2008 he became a Chairman of the National dairy producers union of Russia (SOUZMOLOKO) (www.souzmoloko.ru).

In October 2008 he became a Board member of the Russian public organization "Russian agrarian movement - (RAD)".

In March 2009 he became a member of the Agrarian industry sector committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

In June 2010 he became a Chairman of Public Council of Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

In October 2011 he became a Chairman of Agro-industrial association of the Customs Union.


Awards and Achievements:

  • The “St. Sergius of Radonezh” Medal, second degree.
  • Winner of “Manager of the Year - 2004” Russian contest.
  • The “Gratitude” badge of the Governor of Moscow region.
  • “Art Patron” Silver Medal of the “Art Patrons of the Century” International Charity Fund.
  • Peacekeeper Medal, second degree, for an invaluable contribution to the revival and enhancement of charity and patronship in Russia.
  • “For the Wealth and Prosperity of Russia”, the highest public reward in the Russian Federation in food industry.
  • Winner of the Stolypin “Agrarian Elite of Russia” prize in the “For a Considerable Contribution in the Realization of the “Development of the Agroindustrial Complex” Priority National Project” category.
  • Reiterated winner in the US national heavyweight karate championship.

    Awarded numerous certificates of merit and citations by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Moscow and Belgorod regions, the Governments of Moscow and Moscow region, the Administration of Dmitrov district of Moscow region.

    A fluent speaker of Russian and English.

    Interests: Prolific sport aircraft pilot and yachtsman.

    Chairman of the Board of SOUZMOLOKO A.Danilenko and CEO of Danone - Unimilk F.Kegels paid a working visit to Paris and Brussels

    During the trip Andrei Danilenko and Filip Kegels visited Danone headquarters where together with Chairman and CEO of Danone Frank Riboud they have discussed prospects of the Russian dairy industry as well as the plan for further cooperation between Danone and SOUZMOLOKO (Danone - Unimilk joined the National Dairy Producers Union on June 16).

    June 16, Moscow- The largest producer of dairy products in Russia Danone - Unimilk joined the National Dairy Producers Union (SOUZMOLOKO). This decision was boosted by company’s interest in building long-term partnerships with all players of the market and the efficient development of the Russian dairy industry.

    During the visit, under the cooperation Memorandum between two countries, the cooperation agreement between the Russian National Dairy Producers Union and the Dairy Association of Slovenia came into force. The purpose of the agreement is to mutually stimulate the development of dairy sector.
